Islamic Azad University team notched the title in first stage of Iran women’s Clubs League athletics championships.

Tehran, Iran – As Athletics Federation of I.R. Iran reports, the first stage of Clubs League athletics Championships in women’s side commenced on Monday with the participation of 150 athletes from teams Asan Pardakht, Ardakan Yazd, Hormozgan, Hamedan and Jahesh Damghan at Tehran Aftab Enghelab Stadium. Women’s Clubs League ended on Tuesday leading to 246-points Islamic Azad University championship.

Asan Pardakht team finished as runner-up position tallying 181 points and Ghaffari Qazvin team took the third place adding up 107 points.
