The final stage of 22nd Women’s Clubs League Championships ended in Azad University Championship. Three national records and one club record also fell in this tournament.

Tehran, Iran – As Athletics Federation of I.R. Iran reports, the final stage of 22nd Clubs League Championships in women’s side launched on Saturday with participation of 135 athletes from teams Azad University, Asan Pardakht, Ghaffari Takestan, Sepahan, Nirouye Havaie, Ardakan Yazd, Shahrdari Bandar Abbas, Moghavemat Hamedan and Jahesh Damghan. 22nd Iran Clubs League Championships in women’s part finished on Sunday when Azad University team won four successive title. Asan Pardakht team finished second and Ghaffari Takestan team took the third spot.

In the final stage of women’s Clubs League Championships, Hadiseh Raouf from Asan Pardakht Team extended 1500m national youth and junior records which previously owned to Bahare Jahan Tigh with 4:51.26 in both age categories.

Additionally, Fatemeh Mohiti Zadeh from Ardakan Yazd club broke national junior record in heptathlon tallying 4372 points. This record heretofore belonged to Niloufar Ghasemali Pour with 3392 points. Shahla Mahmoudi from Ghaffari Takestan also improved 400m club record to 1:01.49.
